It’s knowledgeable, rooted in Scripture and Church teaching, and it touches all the essentials of Catholic dating, discernment, intention, communication, boundaries, chastity, prayer, community, and pacing. I especially loved the reflection questions; they pushed me to examine my habits, clarify my non-negotiables, and make practical next steps. The tone is balanced, truthful and encouraging, so you finish with both clarity and peace rather than confusion or pressure. Whether you’re single, just starting to date, or hoping to move toward a serious relationship, this is an excellent resource. Highly recommend!

I love how the guide is unique in its own way. It true helped me reflect in myself in areas that I didn’t think were necessary. I’m so excited for more people to dive in into this course! It’s awesome!

I definitely think there were some importants notes in here people need to keep in mind. The biggest one, probably for those who are devout, is believing that God is deeply invested in your vocation because He wants you to be happy. I think also the understanding that He can change your perspective on dating, wounds that you're going through, or things that need to be built upon. This is really good prayer material in general, and it really doesn't need to solely apply to dating.
